Private beta · An Agentic Writing Platform

Writing that shows its work.

nagareru is an Agentic Writing Platform that takes your idea from draft to publication; true to your voice, anchored to the sources, and open to your feedback at any stage.

For in-house marketing teams

Your team writes plenty. Publishing is a different craft.

Briefs, decks and plans are business writing. Articles that carry your brand, at a steady pace, ask for a professional writer's craft, and most lean marketing teams don't have one on staff.

AI was supposed to close that gap. Instead, drafts arrive fluent and plausible, off-voice, and sometimes citing things that don't exist. Someone on the team becomes the quality layer for every piece, on top of everything else the job asks.

nagareru builds the craft into the process: a voice profile specific enough to check a draft against, every claim tied to a source before it gets written, and every draft checked against both. You bring the communication strategy; nagareru brings the writing craft.

The platform stands on three pillars

01

Voice-true

Every piece is generated from your persistent voice profile and checked against it across the pipeline.

02

Client-isolated

Each brand lives in its own workspace. Voice, sources and records never cross.

03

Transparent

Every agent's work in full view, from sources to final edits.

How it flows

From research to published, in one current.

The work moves from stage to stage on its own. Nothing to export, paste or carry between tools. The only stops are the review stops you choose, from none to every stage, set per piece.

  1. Research

Agents scout and rank the sources worth reading for this piece.

  2. Brief creation

Your idea becomes a brief, shaped by your strategy, audience and voice.

  3. Drafting

The draft is written from your voice profile, anchored to the sources it found.

  4. Verification

Every factual claim is checked against the sources. Unsupported claims are flagged.

  5. Optimization

The piece is structured for search and for AI answer engines to find and cite.

  6. Publishing

The finished piece goes to your channel, with its full record attached.

Clear water

See to the bottom of any piece.

Every agent leaves its work in view. When a sentence feels wrong, you find the step that produced it and fix the step. You debug the process, not the artifact.

  • ResearchSites considered and the ranked shortlist
  • SourcesSource cards and the librarian's report
  • DraftThe draft's rationale and the voice inputs it used
  • VerificationA per-claim log: each claim, its source or its flag
  • VoiceWhere the draft drifted from your voice, and what changed
  • OptimizationWhat was tuned for search and AI answers, and why
  • VersionsEvery version of the piece, so you can compare stages
  • Your feedbackWhat you asked for at each stop, kept with the piece
Your knowledge is the source

The source sits in the main menu.

Writing should flow from strategy the way a river flows from its source. Nothing gets written until brand, audience and voice are defined.

  • Voice profile. Your voice, or each client's, specific enough to check a draft against. Change it any time and every stage that hasn't run yet picks it up.
  • Brand kit. The look and rules that travel with every piece.
  • Knowledge base. What your team knows that the open web doesn't.
  • Strategy. Audience, positioning and goals, upstream of every brief.

They sit at the center of the product, not behind settings, because they belong to you.

Built for AI-era search

Written to be found and cited.

Your next buyer may rule you out without visiting your website. Every nagareru piece is structured for classic search and for the AI assistants buyers now ask first.

Source-anchored writing gives answer engines the citation signals they look for, and the optimization stage shows you what it changed. Whether a given answer cites your brand depends on more than one piece of writing, so we promise the craft, not the ranking.

Next in the lab: Search Intelligence will feed nagareru upstream, showing how AI describes your brand and what to write about next.

Who it's for

Built first for the in-house marketing team.

In-house marketing departments

A small team of generalists that needs to publish at a steady pace, in one brand voice, with every claim ready for leadership, sales or legal to question.

Agencies and professional writers

Each client gets a dedicated workspace with its own voice profile, sources and records, and role-based access for writers, editors and client reviewers.

Leaders building a personal brand

Founders, executives and independent professionals whose voice is the brand, writing themselves or with someone who drafts for them.

Writing in English and Spanish

An editorial knowledge base guides the agents, with regional Spanish guidance for teams writing across Spanish-speaking markets.

Used before it's sold

We publish with it every day.

The CMO Lab Newsletter is written and published on nagareru, six days a week. The first drafts of The CMO Lab manifesto came out of it too.

It started as the founder's answer to years of rewriting off-voice copy from agencies, interns and later AI. It ran on his own publishing before anyone else could use it.

Written with nagareru

流れる

nagareru (流れる) means "to flow."

Pronounced na-ga-RE-ru. Writing should flow from strategy the way a stream flows through a garden: it looks natural because someone shaped the ground. You set the course; the work flows along it, and you can see through the water at every point.

Questions

Is the beta free?

Yes. Beta testers use nagareru free for the beta period. Pricing comes after the beta, before the full launch, and testers hear about it first.

Do I have to review every step?

No. Review is a control you can use, not a step you must take. You choose where the work stops for your feedback, from no stops to a stop at every stage, and you can change it for each piece.

Does nagareru publish for me?

It takes the piece to publication and delivers it to your channel with its full record attached. Your channel keeps doing what it does: sending, scheduling and audience management stay there.

Will my writing sound like AI?

Every piece is written from your voice profile and checked against it at more than one stage. When something still slips through, you see the step that produced it and correct it there. We claim the process, not perfection.

What happens to my brand's information?

Your voice profile, brand kit and knowledge base stay inside your workspace and are used only to write your pieces. Workspaces never share voice, sources or records with each other.

Where do I use it?

nagareru runs in your browser at nagareru.ai. During the beta, access is by invitation. This site is where you learn about it and apply.

Private beta

The beta is small on purpose.

A few teams and writers who publish regularly, using nagareru on real work for ninety days. You get early access and a direct line to the founder. We get your honest feedback.
