What happens to what you send us.

Who we are

This site, thecmolab.ai, is run by The CMO Lab (Jorge Newbery 1619, CABA, 1426, Argentina). For anything about your data, write to privacy@thecmolab.ai.

What we collect

  • Subscribe and early-access forms: your email address and the interests you tick.
  • nagareru beta application: your name, work email, role, company or website, what you publish, how you use AI today, the languages you publish in, and your consent choices.
  • Spam protection: the forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from bots, and your IP address is used briefly to limit repeated submissions. We don't store it with your submission.
  • Site analytics: none at the moment, and no tracking cookies. If that changes, this notice will say so first.

The free AI visibility scan at si.thecmolab.ai has its own notice.

Why we use it

  • To reply to your beta application and, if you join, to run the beta with you.
  • To send the publications or updates you asked for. Every email has an unsubscribe link.

We don't sell your information, and we don't use it to train AI models.

Where it is stored

This site runs on Cloudflare, in the United States. Form submissions are stored with Baserow, in Germany (European Union), and Cloudflare emails us a notification for each new submission. The CMO Lab publication and The CMO Lab Newsletter are delivered by Substack. We keep beta applications until December 31, 2027, and subscriber records until you unsubscribe.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information at any time by writing to privacy@thecmolab.ai. You can unsubscribe from any email with one click.

nagareru

Using nagareru itself, at nagareru.ai, is covered by the nagareru beta agreement and its privacy terms, which testers receive with their invitation.
